Whenever I am asked the best beach I have visited, there's no need for debate--Anguilla. It's a quiet island with pristine white sand and crystal clear water, and fantastic food to boot. In the past couple of years they have built an international airport on the island, which has brought several more hotel options in addition to the two I have listed below. I can only hope it doesn't change the island's peaceful, laid back vibe. Anguilla is truly paradise!

Where to Eat: Blanchards Restaurant/Blanchards Beach Shack--we had phenomenal meals at both the upscale and casual versions of this restaurant, Veya Restaurant for an elegant meal in the treetops, Straw Hat for casual lunch on a gorgeous beach
